Responsibilities
Compile data for customer business reviews, rebates, price adjustments, and catalogs
Customer onboarding by ensuring required documentation has been submitted and on file, complete system up and project management software; process price file audit for price parity and contract compliance; coordinate location validation; and attend all necessary internal onboarding
Process all assigned recurring
Analyze data to make recommendations for ad hoc reports and
Ability to think through roadblocks as they come up and make useful and insightful insights into the
Execute interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond in a timely
Manage low-profile corporate customers by working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments and
Complete analysis for price file uploads to prevent loading low profit
Assist with researching, verifying, and releasing order holds for low profit and price discrepancy flags when CA Associate is not
Process and data-driven
Logical thought process/solid analytical skills
Proactive nature with a sense of urgency
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong ability to manage long-term
Participation in weekly on-call rotation to support critical vendor inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
1-3 years corporate office experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office software/applications
Good communication skills both written and oral
Strong ability to manage long-term projects
Proactive nature with a sense of urgency
Compensation Hourly range $23.00 - $26.00
