Overview We're seeking a smiling, enthusiastic, sports-minded individual with strong customer-service skills to join our leadership team. The Key Team Leader (Key Holder) will carry store keys and be responsible for opening/closing duties, merchandising, operations, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Open and close the store, including security procedures.
Oversee merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.
Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience.
Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
Merchandising skills preferred.
Strong customer-service orientation.
