We are seeking a driven, results oriented Manufactured Home Sales Consultant to join our sales team in
Princeton, TX . This role is responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through the manufactured home buying process. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, comfortable with technology, highly organized, and motivated by performance based results. This role requires consistent follow up, strong initiative, and the ability to manage a high volume of prospects while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Engagement
Proactively contact leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual sales appointments
Educate prospective buyers on available homes, pricing, financing options, and community features
Guide customers through the sales process from first contact to contract execution
Maintain consistent follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
CRM and Technology Usage
Accurately track all lead activity, notes, tasks, and appointments in the CRM
Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, reminders, and follow up schedules
Learn and utilize multiple software platforms including CRM, phone systems, scheduling tools, and document management systems
Maintain clean, organized, and up to date customer records
Lead Management and Activity Expectations
Respond quickly to inbound leads
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
Actively work assigned leads while seeking opportunities to generate new business
Maintain discipline, accountability, and consistency in a fast paced sales environment
Collaboration and Professionalism
Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to close transactions efficiently
Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
Qualifications
Prior sales experience preferred, real estate or manufactured housing experience a plus
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
Strong organizational and time management skills
Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and processes
Proficient with basic computer skills and willing to learn new software
Self motivated with a strong work ethic and results driven mindset
Reliable, punctual, and professional
