Responsibilities include: Overseeing the design and execution of complex structural engineering projects Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed Leading business development efforts , including proposal writing and client engagement Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulations Collaborate with other Project Managers / Multidisciplinary teams on projects ensuring timely completion Project Types: You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including: Municipal amenities & public structures Industrial facilities & equipment foundations What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers all holding Professional Engineer licenses. The Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing team. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary. The ideal candidate will have: B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering structural focus (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university 5+ years of experience after licensure in structural engineering Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams Strong client relationship management and business development experience Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience living or working in Washington is a plus Salary:
