We are seeking a skilled

Dynamics & Salesforce CRM Developer

to design, develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions across

Microsoft Dynamics 365

and

Salesforce

platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions, integrations, and automation that enhance sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Customization

Design, develop, and customize solutions in

Microsoft Dynamics 365

(Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform) and

Salesforce

(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Build custom entities/objects, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

Configure security roles, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or Azure services.

Manage data migration, data quality, and synchronization between systems.

Implement business process automation using

Power Platform ,

Salesforce Flows , and workflow rules.

3+ years of hands‑on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365

and/or

Salesforce CRM

development. Strong experience with:

Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps

Salesforce Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL

Experience with CRM integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).

Understanding of CRM data models, security, and best practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce platform Developer -1

Salesforce Agentforce specialist

Experience with Azure services, middleware tools, or CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, or reporting tools.

Experience working in multi‑CRM or enterprise environments.
