We are a well‑established law firm in Columbia, SC seeking a full‑time
Personal Injury Paralegal
with at least three years of experience. The position focuses on pre‑litigation personal injury cases and offers a hybrid schedule with two days in‑office and remote flexibility.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee a caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution
Communicate with clients regularly and meet in‑office as needed
Collect and organize medical records, evidence, and other documentation for attorney review
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, and insurance coverage
Maintain accurate case files in both electronic and paper formats
Prepare affidavits and statements for case development
Coordinate scheduling for depositions, meetings, and interviews with clients, witnesses, and vendors
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
