In the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for: Coordinating the work of Mechanical Engineers within a multidisciplinary team throughout project development Establishing client relations and participating in marketing, design, and production meetings regarding mechanical systems Assuming the mechanical lead on various projects Participating in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance Conducting schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions at project sites alongside the Project Manager, Project Architect, and other disciplines Coordinating workload to ensure timely completion of documents Tracking project financials and adjusting work efforts to adhere to schedules Collaborating with the Project Manager, Regional Controller, and Regional Director for project reviews Performing other duties as required Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical emphasis Experience with Healthcare, Science and Technology, and Civic facilities Preference for local candidates Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering At least 10 years of experience in mechanical system design for commercial or institutional buildings Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD Leadership skills with team coordination and project management experience Experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm Commitment to our employee-owned culture Our Values and Commitment
