Job Description Hybrid or remote located on the west coast is required for consideration.
The Senior Strategist leads the development of cross-channel, data-driven CRM strategies to engage key audiences and drive customer loyalty. You’ll design and optimize digital marketing programs across the customer lifecycle, from pre-purchase to post-purchase.

Responsibilities
Develop CRM Strategies and best practices:
Create recommendations for email, website, push, and other owned channels to achieve client goals—crafting insights, audiences, journey maps and creative direction
Cross-Channel Orchestration:
Integrate communications across owned channels for seamless customer experiences that drive acquisition and engagement goals
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns by developing test and learn plans across channels
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Partner with analytics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness with actionable recommendations
Creative Briefing:
Develop insightful creative briefs to provide direction to teams developing channel and campaign assets
Audience Insights:
Analyze customer behavior and campaign results to inform strategy and reporting
Innovation & Best Practices:
Elevate industry trends, competitive analysis, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve program effectiveness and consumer experience
Qualifications
5-7+ years’
experience
in CRM or digital marketing strategy (email, push, direct messaging, etc.) at an agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing team; Loyalty program experience a plus
Data-driven mindset:
Proven ability to use analytics to generate insights and recommendations that shape effective marketing strategies; Familiarity with testing methodologies
Customer-centricity:
Understand the target audience’s needs and build experiences that create relevance and value
Familiarity with owned channels:
Email, push, SMS, and direct mail
Experience with CRM tools:
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) is a plus
Collaborative and organized:
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects/accounts
Strong communicator:
Create and deliver presentations that engage and persuade
Self-starter:
Able to drive projects forward independently and seek out clarity when faced with ambiguity
Creative Minded:
Write insightful, clear creative briefs to guide the creative process

Compensation Range: $81,225- $124,432 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
