Are you a natural at starting conversations and energizing a group? Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for our customers. We need someone who will drive sales to maximize profits and lead our teams. Do you think you have what it takes? Join the winning team and show them how it’s done! Responsibilities
Drive sales and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service. Provide constructive feedback to sales staff and assist in resolving customer issues. Foster positive customer relations and set an example for the team. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment. Keep personal and team productivity goals in mind throughout the day. Ensure the store has a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Encourage healthy competition among team members. Engage actively in all aspects of store operations. About You
18+ years old. Must have open availability during weekends. Excellent sales skills and natural leadership abilities. Fun, outgoing, confident, and engaging personality. Interest in the latest trends in fashion and footwear. A strong desire to work hard and achieve success. Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
