Territory Representative – Food Retail Services (Florida, USA)
Join Ecolab’s Global Food Retail Services team to deliver industry‑leading cleaning and sanitation programs, identify food safety risks, and help prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Install and maintain equipment to ensure proper function and appearance.
Complete food safety audits based on the customer’s required visit frequency and evaluate each department for compliance.
Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations.
Train customers on use of Ecolab products and services.
Maintain positive relationships with customers by evaluating their needs with a focus on sales opportunities.
Position Details
Field‑based position; travel to Orlando, FL and surrounding areas.
Overnight travel: 2 overnights per month.
Territory: Ocala, FL to Orlando, FL.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
4 years of outside sales or industry‑related experience (foodservice, hospitality, etc.).
21 years of age or older.
Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
Availability for emergency call assistance (night, weekend, holidays).
No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Physical Requirements
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Driving and/or flying to client locations as needed; have proper documentation to fly (Real ID or other acceptable identification).
Working in a variety of conditions including confined spaces, damp/dusty areas, and extreme temperatures.
Climbing ladders and performing physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Mechanical experience (plumbing, electrical) and experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
Food safety knowledge/experience or CP‑FS certification.
Military experience.
Previous business‑to‑business sales experience.

Annual Compensation Range The total compensation range for this position is $58,700 ‑ $88,100, including base pay and target incentive based on performance.
