Engagement Strategist – Wondr Health
Role focused on designing, executing, and measuring participant engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes across multi‑channel marketing journeys.
Responsibilities
Develop data‑informed engagement strategies, roadmaps, and multi‑channel marketing journeys.
Build, launch, and optimize complex multi‑channel journeys within the marketing automation platform.
Lead testing strategies, including hypothesis creation, set‑up, measurement, next steps, and readouts.
Report on engagement performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps.
Manage engagement strategy initiatives, testing and execution for new products or feature experiences, innovative campaigns and gamification initiatives rolled out in the program.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, CX, Creative, and Data teams to design and deliver engagement initiatives.
Identify engagement trends, gaps, and opportunities using participant behavior and performance data.
Qualifications Education:
BA/BS required. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or English preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of consumer marketing with a demonstrated track record in growth marketing and measurable results.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with growth marketing, digital marketing strategy, and/or engagement; ear for the voice of the consumer.
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ownership mindset to proactively solve problems.>
Proficiency in building and managing complex communications journeys and marketing automation (Iterable a plus).
Data‑driven decision making and ability to build business cases for investment.
Creative, concise, and effective communication of concepts.
Understanding of health, wellness, behavioral change, or health technology preferred.
