How You Will Contribute As a Business Development Representative you will partner closely with the Business Development Manager and Sales Team to develop and strengthen relationships with both new prospects and existing customers. You will support the business‑development pipeline by collaborating with marketing, launching campaigns and events, and aiding sales efforts that drive growth.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

Support the Business Development Manager with sales processes and lead‑generation strategies.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and builder workshops to generate new leads.

Prepare quotes, marketing materials, and contracts for prospective clients.

Host design meetings and assist clients with material and color selections.

Maintain the regional pipeline, following up with prospective clients to update sales dates and milestones.

Community/Project Planning

Coordinate with internal teams on upcoming and in‑construction communities, managing specifications and system information.

Ensure alignment across departments when launching new communities.

Collaborate with clients and their marketing teams to meet needs for successful home selling (or leasing) upon completion.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary of $50,000 plus 0.30%–0.65% commission.

Potential total income of $100,000+ based on performance.
