Job Responsibilities
As a
Senior Tax Consultant , you will: Provide expert tax consulting services to
corporations, small businesses, and high-net-worth individuals . Prepare, review, and file
complex tax returns
(corporate, partnership, individual, estate, and nonprofit). Conduct
tax research and analysis
to develop strategic tax planning opportunities. Advise clients on
tax-saving strategies, compliance issues, and risk mitigation . Assist in
IRS audits, appeals, and tax dispute resolution . Stay up to date with
federal, state, and international tax regulations
and inform clients of key changes. Collaborate with accounting and legal teams to ensure
holistic financial and tax planning . Mentor junior tax consultants and assist in business development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who has: ️
CPA, EA, or Tax Attorney
certification (required). ️ Minimum
5+ years of experience
in tax consulting, compliance, and planning. ️ In-depth knowledge of
federal and state tax laws , including corporate and individual taxation. ️ Strong experience with
tax software
(e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, QuickBooks, or similar). ️ Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and research skills . ️ Strong
communication and client service
abilities. ️ Ability to
work independently and in a team environment . ️ Experience in
tax controversy, IRS representation, or international taxation
