Responsibilities
- Health checks / Org Assessment of the platform and provide recommendations on design and best practices.
- Participate in Design Authority meetings and provide recommendations to Salesforce's Well‑architected framework.
- Forward looking and be aware of the future platform capabilities and ability to map to customer requirements.
- Evaluate existing Salesforce implementation and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
- Review business requirements documentation, technical design documentation and participate in peer reviews with project’s technical architects.
- Perform POCs to prove out the business requirements.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud experience/knowledge.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud project experience/knowledge, along with Experience Cloud or Field Service.
- Expert in designing quality, scalable, and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
Compensation
Base pay range: $101,300 - $230,790 per year .
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
