### **AVP, Credit Card Product Compliance - Product Team Lead** and play a critical role in shaping the future of our credit card business. This is your opportunity to influence strategy, ensure regulatory excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.**What You’ll Do*** **Lead & Inspire:** Provide day-to-day leadership for compliance analysts and specialists, setting priorities, allocating resources, and driving strong execution.* **Regulatory Expertise:** Oversee advisory support for credit card products, ensuring accurate interpretation of laws, regulations, and internal policies.* **Risk Management:** Integrate compliance requirements into product development, marketing, and operations to proactively manage regulatory risk.* **Quality Assurance:** Review and approve risk assessments, testing plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.* **Change Management:** Lead oversight of Change Management Risk Assessments (CMRAs) for projects, regulatory updates, and business changes.* **Issue Resolution:** Manage issue triage, control evaluation, and remediation validation, escalating concerns when necessary.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with business units and risk teams to support informed decision-making and maintain transparency.* **Reporting & Insights:** Prepare compliance dashboards and metrics for senior leadership, delivering actionable insights.**What We’re Looking For*** **Experience:** 8+ years in compliance and regulatory banking (consumer credit cards preferred); 5+ years of people management experience.* **Knowledge:** Advanced understanding of banking laws and regulations.* **Certifications:** CRCM, CAMS strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain).* **Skills:**

+ Independent decision-making and sound judgment
