Capital Markets Director – Baringa

Our Financial Services practice is looking for a Director to join the team. The role focuses on Data, Risk, Technology Strategy and U.S. regulation, and offers equity partnership potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and lead the development of client relationships and business engagement opportunities.
- Lead delivery of client projects and programs, working side‑by‑side with client teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of Baringa’s global and local growth strategy.
- Actively engage in acquisition of new team members and talent.
- Mentor and advise less experienced team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in a consulting role with experience in financial services.
- Expertise in Data, Risk, Technology Strategy, U.S. regulation, Climate, & Sustainability.
- Proven track record in building client relationships, identifying opportunities and closing engagements.
- Knowledge of industry operating models, process, technology and change.
- Value‑focused mindset with high‑impact solutions.
- Strong background in management‑consulting methodologies and entrepreneurial growth focus.

- Base Salary: $235,000 – $280,000
