Roles
As the head of operations you will be responsible for launching Sidechat at new schools and growing it at existing ones. This involves managing teams devoted to growth, production, support, and content. You are an ideal candidate if you have 5-10 years of management experience and come from an operations, growth, and/or product management background. This role reports directly to the co-founder and COO.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all teams devoted to school launches and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for faster, better, and more efficient execution.
- Hire new team members and manage existing members.
- Manage budget and spend.
- Base salary from $175,000 - $225,000.
