We are looking for a Chief Underwriting Officer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
In this role you will need an expert level of financial reasoning. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail‑oriented
- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and other finance reasoning exercises
- Master’s or PhD in progress or completed is preferred but not required
