Leasing: Process annual and interim re-certifications in accordance with [LIHTC/Section 8/HUD] guidelines. Ensure all resident files are audit-ready at all times./liliFinancial Management: Lead rent collection efforts, post payments, manage delinquencies, and prepare daily bank deposits./liliResident Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, work orders, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism./liliAdministrative Support: Assist in marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and processing move-ins/move-outs./liliSite Inspections: Assist in physical inspections of the property to ensure safety and curb appeal meet company and regulatory standards./li/ulpWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ppSkills:/pulliExperience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and HUD./liliCertifications such as COS (Certified Occupational Specialist) or HCCP./liliBilingual in Spanish is a major plus./li/ulpEducation: No Degree Required/ppExperience: 1-4 years/ppQualifications:/pulliExperience: 1-3 years of experience in residential property management./liliKnowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing Act regulations is a must./liliTechnical Skills: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio) and MS Office./liliSoft Skills: Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds./li/ulpMake a difference where it matters most.
