This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, and maintaining strong relationships to drive repeat business and revenue growth. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction./ppEssential Duties

Responsibilities/pulliRespond promptly and professionally to customer parts inquiries and requests from Account Managers./liliAccurately process orders, create quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers./liliDevelop and maintain customer accounts, promoting repeat business and addressing customers promptly./liliActively participate in the Companys safety programs and follow safety protocols./liliEnter customer orders and update as needed, coordinating with Supply Chain to meet delivery and packing requirements./liliEnsure timely updates on order status and proactively resolve issues with pricing, order fulfillment, or customer concerns./liliMonitor market trends and customers needs to recommend product alternatives that offer cost savings or better delivery options./liliAssist customers in identifying correct parts and provide technical support as needed./liliCommunicate competitive market insights and customer feedback to management for strategic decision-making./liliCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement new sales strategies aimed at improving customer service and increasing parts sales./li/ulpEducation

Certifications/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required./liliBachelors degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain or related field preferred./liliEquivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education./li/ulpWork Experience/pulliMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, inventory management, or procurement./liliKnowledge of natural gas engines and compressors is strongly preferred./li/ulpSkills
