Candidates must be able to work within EST or CST business hours. The Channel Marketing Manager, U.S. Medical Distribution assists in developing and implementing channel marketing plans for the U.S. Distribution business portfolio, focusing on the Acute Care channels. The primary responsibility will be understanding the industry landscape and customer needs, developing sales enablement programs and tools, and commercializing the U.S. Medical Distribution value proposition to drive revenue and accelerate growth and profitability./ppProduct
Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and managing the life cycle, including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding, and distribution, to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability./ph3Responsibilities/h3pLeverage data to understand channel performance and program effectiveness and support decision-making./ppSupport in monitoring product performance metrics./ppPrepare reports and presentations on product performance and market insights for stakeholders./ppAssist in the execution of channel marketing strategies:/pulliCreate value propositions that resonate with target customer segments./liliSales enablement support to accelerate industry growth./liliDevelops and conducts product and solution presentations, using a variety of mediums, to position the sales force for success./liliDevelop and drive promotional activity to sales and channels to meet objectivesCreate marketing materials and tools tailored to specific customer needs. This includes co-branded materials, sales presentations, and product information that aligns with the overall brand messaging./liliPartner with content team and customer solutions teams to develop customer case studies and white papers./liliDevelop product and distribution customer proposals designed to increase penetration within the market./liliServe as marketing lead for Account Operating Units (AOUs), providing direct support for product conversion activities and customer distribution strategy./liliDevelop partnerships with broader Cardinal Health marketing and functional teams to support cross-functional marketing strategy./liliEnsure that marketing strategies are effectively executed at the channel level./liliPartner with the senior marketing manager communicating cross-functionally for strategy refinement./liliAdvance, maintain, and implement training, support programs, and sales tools for the selling organization and channel./liliGather insights on market conditions and customer needs. Communicate cross-functionally for strategy refinement./liliShare customer feedback and insights with channel partners enables improvement of customer experience across USMPD./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pBachelors degree from an accredited university preferred./pp4-8 years of experience in Medical Device, Distribution, Supply Chain and/or Healthcare Marketing preferred./ppSelf-motivated, driven individual to meet objectives./ppProficient in Excel with the ability to pivot tables, lookups, and analyzing multiple data sets to create actionable insights (including, but not limited to)./ppStrong analytical skills allowing for quick assessment of situations, trade-offs, and ability to recommend appropriate course of action./ppAbility to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority./ppAbility to multitask and prioritize while managing multiple projects and day-to-day responsibilities./ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences./ppMust be able to travel up to 25% of the time, including some nights and weekends./ph3What Is Expected Of You And Others At This Level/h3pApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects./ppMay contribute to the development of policies and procedures./ppWorks on complex projects of large scope./ppDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
