Spectrum Reach helps businesses of all sizes reach anyone, anywhere, on any screen./ppAs an Advertising Account Sr. Specialist (Political) on the Account Management team, youll work with Sales to ensure they have all the materials needed to maximize the sales of our multi-screen product portfolio. Responsibilities:/pulliCreating proposals and strategic recommendations for political clients based on client objectives and inventory analysis/liliWorking cross-departmentally to create solutions for our political clients/liliPartnering with Account Executives and political clients on effectiveness of multi-screen campaigns/liliOperate as a mentor and escalation point of contact for Political Sales Support to internal and external stakeholders/liliOversee and provide checks and balances on all points of political business execution (linear and digital)/liliDevelop and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders, including presentations and other supporting documentation that outlines workflows and best practices/li/ulpSpectrum Reachs Account Management team is a high-performing culture that plays an essential role in delivering cutting-edge advertising solutions to our clients. If youre someone who embraces change, partnership, and the pace of innovation, youll be empowered to succeed here./ppQualifications:/pulliDemonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and other cross functional support departments./liliDemonstrated ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively./liliNeed to be able to adapt to change quickly, as well as be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines./liliAttention to detail is an absolute must for this role./liliExperience with computer software including MS Office, PowerPoint or Canva and Spreadsheets, Excel or Google Sheets./liliEffective communication in written and verbal form./liliExperience interacting with clients and external stakeholders./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulli2+ years working in advertising sales./liliFamiliarity and experience in digital marketing; understanding of online campaign development, metrics, and optimization strategies./liliExperience in analyzing and identifying actionable insights on advanced campaign metric reporting./li/ulpEducation:/pulliBachelors degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent work and/or education experience./li/ulpExperience:/pulli2+ years work experience working with and/or supporting a sales team./li/ulpHere, our employees dont just have jobs, theyre building careers. The base pay for this position generally is between $55,500.00 and $127,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
