This position responds to inquiries or concerns from either walk-in customers or those customers that call in, provides additional warehouse support, and works closely with a team of Account Managers to support customers./ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliStock inventory and maintain showroom displays./liliDevelop and maintain relationships with customers/liliProvide support for the field sales representative./liliOperates the cash register. Enters sales data into the computer and researches information for customers using the computer system./li/ulh2Required Qualifications/h2ulliHigh School Diploma or the equivalent; Two (2) year degree preferred./liliMinimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and/or sales experience./liliComputer proficiency in Microsoft / Google applications/liliAbility to handle cash transactions accurately/liliAbility to routinely lift 25
