Were backed by a culture of innovations and entrepreneurship, and were looking for exceptional talent to join us./ppThe Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchises profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Functions:/ppLead the printing and production of client orders/ppStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Large Format RIP software (preferably Onyx) preferred/ppSign Production and Finishing (printer/cutter operations, laminating, taping, prepping jobs for shipping and simple installations)./ppInspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready/ppThis role is a production focused role. However, Candidate must be knowledgeable in artwork layout, basic design and proofing; and prepping files for production/ppOperate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters/ppConduct inventory and procurement* The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed/ppGraphic design services (unless outsourced)/ppSmaller graphic installations/ppUnloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio/ppVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys/ppPacking, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries/ppUtilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes/ppGeneral sign installation experience and or a construction background are a plus/ppFull Time Position with Competitive Wages and Benefits (compensation dependent on experience)/ppIdeal candidates will also possess:/pp2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates/ppExperience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing/ppAssociates or Bachelors Degree in graphic design (or similar program)/ppSound like the right fit?
