The All Source Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Air Force Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise program at Offutt AFB. This position requires expertise in integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support mission objectives./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery./liliMaintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions./liliProvide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills./liliEnsure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines./liliTravel may be required (Up to 10%)/li/ulpQualifications:/ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliRequired Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years./liliRequired Education: Masters degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the masters degree./li/ululliTechnical Expertise:/liulliProficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion./liliFamiliarity with analytical tools, databases, and software./liliKnowledge of cyber defense tools, network security, and incident response methodologies./liliUnderstanding of cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies./liliCompletion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification./li/ul/ululliSkills:/liulliExceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment./li/ulliSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) or similar ISR organizations./liliFamiliarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies./liliFamiliarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures./li/ulpWhy Join Us?/pulliBe part of a mission-critical team supporting the U.S. Air Forces ISR operations./liliWork in a dynamic and collaborative environment at Offutt Air Force Base, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence./liliAccess to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community./li/ulpTarget Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
