The General Manager is responsible for foodservice operations as well as meeting and exceeding operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs of multi-unit location. This currently is a free food program for all employees, so employee experience is the #1 concern and focus of our client./ppWhat You Will Be Responsible For:/pulliSupervising the day-to-day operations of an enterprise client with programs across multiple locations on their campus, ensuring the Service Experience of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers./liliFoster an environment of creativity through food with restaurant partners while maintaining healthy program goals./liliPerform monthly touchpoints and quarterly QBRs to develop relationship with client and ensure both long term and short-term customer success/liliEstablish and maintain effective client and customer rapport and relationships/liliManage both exempt and non-exempt employees at the assigned location/liliComplete required reports including inventory, cash reports, etc./liliConduct inventory management to align with PL accountability/liliOversee weekly accounting responsibilities and accurate entry into internal Fooda systems/liliManage annual assigned budget and maintain costs as it relates to food, beverage, and labor/liliEnsure all the units comply with government and agency standards, including but not limited to those relating to safety and health/li/ulpWhat Well Hook You Up With:/pulliCompetitive market salary, annual bonus, and stock options based on experience/liliComprehensive health, dental and vision insurance plans/lili401k retirement plan with company match/liliPaid maternity and parental leave benefits/liliFlexible spending accounts/liliCompany-issued laptop/liliDaily subsidized lunch program (ours!) and free food and beverages in the office/liliA fulfilling, challenging adventure of a work experience/li/ulpMust be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
