divh2Commercial Landscaping Account Manager/h2pWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated commercial landscaping account manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping services, project management, and customer relations. The landscaping account manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing landscaping projects, snow removal process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering long-term relationships with clients./ppkey responsibilities:/pulliServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts./liliResponsible for any snow and/or maintenance renewals as well any budgets needed by customer./liliBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service, ensuring continued client retention./liliKnowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancement/construction and snow removal operations is mandatory./liliIdentify solutions to expand services and offer opportunities to landscape and snow removal clients./liliAddress and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner related to landscape and snow removal operations./liliCoordinate and manage landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client specifications are met./liliWork closely with assigned production manager and the operations team to schedule crews and allocate resources efficiently./liliPartner with production, enhancement, and irrigation manager to provide clear communication of operational planning and execution to director of operations./liliConduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects and weekly maintenance./liliEnsure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations./liliAssist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales growth by generating proposals and bids for enhancement projects./liliPrepare and present detailed enhancement proposals to prospective clients./liliMonitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability./liliWork closely with enhancement manager and crews to ensure projects execution from commencement to completion./liliClearly communicate to senior management on account status, project progress, and financial performance./liliApprove invoices and ensure timely billing for services rendered./liliWork closely with internal teams; maintenance crews, enhancement crews and irrigation department to ensure that client needs are met./liliEnsure all services related to landscape and snow removal, meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations./liliConduct regular quality control checks and resolve any issues promptly./liliAdherence to current administrative policies and procedures./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulpqualifications:/pulliExperience in landscaping management or a related field preferred./liliValid drivers license required/liliProven track record of managing client accounts and successful project delivery./liliStrong knowledge of landscaping services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams./liliProficient in project management and budgeting./liliAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously./liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail./liliFamiliarity with landscaping software (e.g., aspire, salesforce, netsuite or similar tools) is a plus./liliGoal oriented, strong collaborative mindset/liliBilingual in spanish a plus/li/ulpphysical requirements:/pulliAbility to perform site visits, including walking on uneven terrain and inspecting landscaping projects./liliAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds./li/ulpwhat we offer:/pulliCompetitive salary and benefits package./liliOpportunities for career growth and professional development./liliA supportive, team-oriented work environment./liliAccess to industry training and certifications./li/ul/div
