Make your mark with Nextpower./ppThe Nextpower Sales Support Lead will be responsible for administering and optimizing Nextpowers Volume Commitment Agreement Program (VCA), a strategic product offering that guarantees customers preferential pricing in exchange for committed purchase volumes of Nextpower products. This position ensures all related sales agreements and associated CRM records are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner, while maintaining precise data management to support financial tracking and internal reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional capable of managing complex contract workflows and fostering collaboration across Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Business Development. The role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams ensuring clear alignment and disciplined execution of program commitments./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAdminister and manage the VCA Program, overseeing all stages from contract intake to execution and renewal./liliEnsure that all VCAs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Nextpowers pricing, volume, and contractual standards./liliManage the contract intake process, ensuring all VCA data is captured correctly in the companys CRM./liliCollaborate with Sales, Finance and legal to validate volume commitments and ensure compliance with commercial and contract obligations./liliDevelop and maintain process documentation and reporting tools to monitor program performance, including metrics tied to revenue conversion and customer adherence to commitments./liliSupport and manage the relationship between EPCs and owners, ensuring clarity of obligations and seamless coordination across customer and project portfolios./liliIdentify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline contract administration, reporting, and compliance monitoring./li/ulpKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)/pulliContract Turnaround Time: Optimize and track turnaround metrics for all VCA and related sales agreements./liliData Accuracy: Maintain a high standard of precision in backlog and book-to-revenue data inputs./liliProcess Automation: Increase the percentage of automated contract and data management workflows./liliProgram Compliance: Maintain a low escalation rate and ensure contract adherence across stakeholders./liliVolume Realization: Monitor committed vs. actual volume purchasing to assess VCA effectiveness./li/ulpWhat Youll Need (Required)/pulliStrong leadership, management, and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail./liliProven experience in contract management or commercial operations within a high-volume sales environment./liliDeep understanding of similar structured commercial programs./liliStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across diverse internal and external teams./liliProficiency in Salesforce, contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and data management systems./liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking, analysis, and redlining./liliKnowledge of supply agreement standards, pricing frameworks, and regulatory compliance./liliAbility to travel up to 35% of the time to meet with customers, EPCs, or project stakeholders./li/ulpIdeal Candidate Attributes/pulliIntense collaboration and teamwork/liliPassionate customer focus/liliCommitment to thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution/liliExemplary written and oral communication skills/liliAnalytical mindset with strong data accuracy and tracking discipline/liliAbility to anticipate and quickly react to changing market and program conditions/liliRelentless drive to improve operational efficiency and customer experience/li/ulpNextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$105,000.00.
