divh2Assembly Technician Position/h2pNWS Professional Assembly is seeking part-time candidates for the position of Assembly Technician. As an Assembly Technician with NWS, you will be working on-site at our retail client, Lowes, assembling various products and displays. Products we assemble for Lowes include barbeque grills, wheelbarrows, toolboxes, patio furniture, lawn/garden equipment, and various seasonal products. We are seeking 2-3 days per week of availability. This is a day-shift position. Here at NWS, youre rewarded for your performance, with our piecework pay model you can earn up to $30 per hour depending on your productivity building merchandise. As you learn the products and develop good habits and techniques you will gain speed and your pay will go up accordingly. If you are the handy person your friends and family would ask to help assemble a barbecue or playset, then we want you to come and build for us!/ppResponsibilities will include:/pulliProvide quality assembly and repair of products and merchandise, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines./liliProvide a great customer service experience, building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients./liliCheck-in with retailer management to confirm build list and inventory./liliGenerate and complete invoices daily./liliReports and communicates effectively to the area manager./liliMaintains a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area./liliOther responsibilities as outlined in the employee handbook./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAbility to pass a background test./liliAbility to pass a drug test./liliMust be at least 18 years old to apply./liliBasic hand tools, cordless screw gun and mechanical aptitude./liliA smart phone and e-mail address./liliInternet access via a smart phone or mobile device./liliReliable transportation./liliCapable of working on your feet for extended periods of time./liliKneel, bend, twist and lift 40+ pounds repeatedly./liliExperience is a plus, but we will train./li/ul/div
