Marketing in leading daily department operations, including sales strategy, service delivery, and office administration./liliAssist in coaching and mentoring sales, catering, and sales support team members to ensure performance, communication, and service standards are met./liliCollaborate with department leaders and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of group business./liliProvide weekly and monthly sales activity reports, call logs, and marketing actions as requested by the Director of Sales

Marketing./liliPerform local sales calls, competitive market research, and maintain strong awareness of industry and market trends./liliRepresent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and local community organizations as needed./liliUphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and company values in all business practices./liliPromote and model effective teamwork, supporting colleagues and cross-departmental success at all times./liliServe as acting departmental leader in the absence of the Director of Sales

Marketing, with responsibility for meetings, reporting, and team direction./li/ulpRequired skills/abilities include:/pulliMinimum 2-3 years of hotel sales experience in a full-service property is required./liliExperience at an airport or convention hotel is highly desired./liliExperience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is strongly preferred./liliPrevious Hilton experience is highly desired./liliDemonstrated ability to secure new business, convert leads, build relationships, and manage a repeat client base./liliExperience working directly with operations to ensure seamless program execution, event detailing, and client servicing./liliStrong understanding of market segmentation, competitive positioning, and revenue strategy in relation to group business./liliPrior experience representing a hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer-facing travel appointments is preferred./liliKnowledge of hotel contracts, revenue terms, attrition, cancellation policies, commissions, and third-party agency guidelines is highly desired./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/p/div
