A maker at heart, that works fast, curious, and fluent in 3D. You thrive in undefined spaces, push craft through experimentation, and bring ideas to life with precision and speed./ppBachelors degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training./pp8 plus years of relevant work experience in designing and developing innovative footwear and other products./ppAbility to apply and perform design skills such as drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout./ppKnowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, related to elevating the consumer experience./ppAbility to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives./ppExperience in technical footwear design./ppStrong Photoshop, Illustrator skills./ppMust be able to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs)./ppCobbling and prototyping skills is a must./pp3D design programs experience is a must./ppStrong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills./ppSolid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials./ppMust be able to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project./ppKnowledge and experience with sustainable design and manufacturing are a plus./ppExperienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc./ppPositive personality and energy./ppContribute and align to shared team culture and behaviors./ppCatalyst to make connections with other Design groups./ppMotivated and hardworking about bringing others along./pp**TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST SUBMIT A FOOTWEAR DESIGN FOCUSED PORTFOLIO**/ppCreate original Footwear product designs that reflect our design philosophy
