Timing (PNT) Directorate. As an Acquisition Analyst, you will provide a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operation, and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. Responsibilities include:/ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliServe as the primary point of contact for Human Resources, Personnel, and Administrative support across assigned organizations, including direct support to the PEO Front Office./liliOversee non-inherently governmental actions and provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR and administrative processes./liliCoordinate routinely with Mission Services (SSC/CGO) and provide technical consultation on personnel and administrative matters./liliManage senior leadership calendars, office battle rhythm, and event synchronization using Microsoft Office Suite tools./liliMonitor and process all incoming tasks from email and Task Management Tools, ensuring timely review, coordination, dissemination, and completion./liliSupport personnel-related task management, including performance reports, feedback, promotion recommendations, awards, training actions, and Directors Action Group taskers./liliReview, edit, and route staff packages for Office Chief approval prior to submission to SSC/CGO./liliServe as Records Custodian, maintaining file plans in AFRIMS and coordinating with the Functional Area Records Manager to correct discrepancies and support SAVs./liliSupport personnel database actions, including adding/removing employees and assisting Government timekeepers with Automated Time Attendance and Production System updates./liliProvide administrative services such as preparing reports/briefings, managing conference rooms, scheduling meetings, maintaining staff slides, answering phones, and supporting employee in/out-processing./liliTrack and update recall rosters, mail distribution, and personnel action status for civilian and military members./liliParticipate in Government-directed OSS functional meetings and weekly tag-ups as required./liliServe as Travel Clerk for Defense Travel System (DTS) operations, including booking travel, preparing itineraries, processing vouchers, and updating traveler profiles./liliResearch and interpret Joint Travel Regulations, summarize travel policy changes, and disseminate updates to DTS users while safeguarding Privacy Act and DoD-protected information./liliIdentify and report DTS system issues to the ODTA within required timelines, assist travelers with GTC/CSA issues, provide travel-related training, maintain monthly DTS reconciliations, and document all travel-support activities./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/ppstrongMinimum Experience:/strong/ppMust be a US citizen.
