This business unit is unique, and we certainly arent afraid to stand out from the crowd and tackle the bigger competitors./ppAs the Associate Fulfillment Specialist, the ideal candidate will have experience in Order Management, Sales Support or Salesforce CPQ to help streamline and optimize our order fulfillment processes. Your goal is to assist in the processing of ShareFile orders./ppRole Overview:/ppNow, lets get to the details. This role will work cross-functionally across the ShareFile business. We will support projects as well as daily Order Services requests. This includes:/pulliOrder Management and Fulfillment: ulliAssist in processing incoming orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness./liliSupport coordination with various teams for efficient order fulfillment and delivery./liliCollaborate with other team members to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies./liliParticipate in the development and maintenance of order management procedures and documentation./li/ul/liliSales Support: ulliWork closely with the sales team to provide essential support in order processing./liliAssist in creating sales quotes and proposals using Salesforce CPQ./liliAddress sales inquiries and provide product information as needed./liliContribute to a positive customer experience by supporting sales efforts./li/ul/liliSalesforce CPQ: ulliLearn and utilize Salesforce CPQ to configure product and pricing structures./liliAssist in maintaining and updating the product catalog, pricing rules, and discount structures./liliSeek guidance and support from other team members in resolving CPQ-related issues./liliCollaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers for CPQ-related tasks./li/ul/liliBasic SQL Expertise: ulliGain proficiency in retrieving and analyzing data from relevant databases using SQL queries./liliWork on ensuring data accuracy and consistency in the order management process./liliUse basic SQL skills to generate reports and perform data validation as needed./li/ul/liliReporting and Analysis: ulliAssist in creating and maintaining basic reports and dashboards to track key order metrics./liliLearn to analyze order data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement./liliSupport team members in presenting findings to drive informed decision-making./li/ul/liliProcess Improvement: ulliBe proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance order fulfillment efficiency.
