Thats why we make quality eye care and eyewear more affordable and accessible for all./ppThe Specifics/ppGreet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high quality customer service./ppMeet National Visions sales objectives./ppMaintain awareness of same day service using Ready When Promised production board./ppEnsure customers receive quality products in a timely manner./ppAssist with answering phones efficiently in accordance with National Vision telephone protocol./ppEnsure all customer service complaints are handled effectively and efficiently./ppReview reasons for redos and implement practices to correct. Ensure quality standards are met./ppCheck on status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays./ppEnsure all intra-web functions are done daily including cancelled job status, backorder list and problem jobs./ppAssist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers, if permitted by state law./ppPerform insertion and removal training of contact lens as directed by management and permitted by state law./ppEnsure store cleanliness policies are adhered to at all times./ppComplete inventory count and replenish stock as necessary./ppEnsure all visual merchandising is implemented and maintained./ppEnsure that the eyeglass department is kept clean and organized at all times./ppEnsure that inventory control and loss prevention procedures are followed at all times./ppThe Suitable Talent/ppPrevious retail experience preferred, but not required./ppEffective interpersonal skills./ppAbility to present and sell eyeglass features and specialty lenses./ppMust possess strong customer service skills./ppAbility to learn optical knowledge./ppMust be able to work and interact effectively within a store environment, adhering to and promoting all store policies, procedures, and regulations./ppAbility to stand for extended periods of time that may average 6-8 hours./ppAt National Vision, we reward hard work with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and a benefits package to support you and your family now and in the future.
