We are looking for individuals who are in the process or are interested in getting their Personal Training certification to join our team./ppUpholding the Crunch Franchise core values of T.R.A.I.N.: Timely, Ready, Attentive, Inspiring, Noble./ppMake reaching fitness goals achievable by assisting members and clients with education and guidance on comprehensive fitness programs including resistance and cardio-respiratory training, general nutritional guidelines, and nutritional product recommendations./ppMeeting/exceeding minimum monthly company expectations including session service targets resulting in Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional product sales, and contributing to club success. Training exclusively for Crunch Franchise. As a Crunch Franchise team member, it is a violation of our conflict of interest policy to conduct personal training sessions or perform any person training-related duties independently or at any company outside of Crunch Franchise. This includes working as an employee or independent contractor for another health club, personal training studio or private residence, or engaging in any other activities that represent a conflict of interest for Crunch Franchise./ppReports to the Personal Training Manager, Assistant Personal Training Manager if applicable, Franchise partner or General Manager depending on club and market. This position does not have any direct reports./ppThe Fitness Consultant is responsible for performing the following activities for the club:/ppPart Time (20 Hours a week Minimum)/ppstrongSales and Service [90% of Time]/strong/pulliCreate an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory package clients./liliPrepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients goals that include appropriate exercise selection, nutritional programming and teaching a fitness lifestyle./liliInform clients of the fitness tools available to assist them in achieving their goals./liliSet expectations and hold clients accountable to their comprehensive fitness programs through goal setting, follow up discussions, and tracking progress./liliDemonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to clients./li/ulpstrongSales and Service of Members [Target 20% of Time]/strong/pulliInstruct members on proper use of club equipment and exercise techniques./liliAssist, at the club managements request, in any member service activities (e.g., fitness seminars, boot camps, body fat tables, supplement/nutritional product demos etc.)./liliUnderstand all aspects and benefits of the Smart Start Kick Off and deliver a positive fitness experience to members and guests./liliHelp with racking weights and assisting in maintaining a neat, organized and clean club./li/ulpstrongAdministration/Misc. [10% of Time]/strong/pulliDesign comprehensive fitness programs using company-provided tools (Fit3d etc.)./liliSchedule all personal training sessions, other appointments, and administration time using company systems (ABC/Datatrak)./liliTrainer Business Plan execution./liliExecute other duties as assigned./liliConduct Team Cleans including locker room and lobby checks./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliCurrent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/li/ulpEducation Level:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED required/li/ulpCertifications: (One or more of the following certifications)/ppAmerican College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)/pulliCertified Fitness Consultant/liliHealth Fitness Specialist/li/ulpAmerican Council on Exercise (ACE)/pulliFitness Consultant Certification/li/ulpThe Cooper Institute/pulliFitness Consultant Certification/li/ulpInternational Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA)/pulliPersonal Fitness Trainer Certification/li/ulpNational Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)/pulliCertified Fitness Consultant/liliCorrective Exercise Specialist (CES)/liliPerformance Enhancement Specialist (PES)/li/ulpNational Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA)/pulliPersonal Fitness Trainer Certification/li/ulpNational Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT)/pulliFitness Consultant Certification/li/ulpNational Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)/pulliCertified Fitness Consultant/liliCertified Strength and Conditional Specialist (CSCS)/li/ulpExperience:/ppPersonal Training experience preferred but not required./ppPhysical Requirements:/ppMust be able to lift 50 lbs. Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking./ppWork Environment:/ppWhile performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Extended workdays are a frequent occurrence, as are weekends

holidays as needed to support the business./ppEmployee Success Criteria:/pp- Must maintain or grow current active client count month over month./pp- Monthly Sessions Serviced ? 60 Personal Training Sessions (30 Minute sessions count as .5 sessions serviced)/pp- Personal Training Revenue ? $3,000 per month/pp- Client resign % ? 80%/pp- SMART START Show % ? 80%/pp- SMART START Closing % ? 20%/pp- Must exceed hourly draw each pay-period (Commission Earning ?
