Live-In Nanny Position In Miami, Florida
A loving, active family in Miami, Florida, is seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging live-in nanny to provide collaborative care for their one-year-old son. The parents are highly involved in their child's day-to-day routine, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable sharing responsibility rather than having sole care throughout the day. Flexibility is essential, as there will be days when the role functions more as a "spot check," with the mother and child spending time together outside of the home. The family also employs a live-out nanny, and schedules may occasionally overlap to ensure consistent and seamless coverage. The live-in nanny may be asked to cover additional shifts as needed in the event of special circumstances. Local Miami candidates may return to their own residence on days off, if preferred. The position is approximately 40 hours per week with two days off. The anticipated schedule may be Wednesday through Sunday (eight-hour days) or Thursday through Sunday (ten-hour days). With advance notice, there will be opportunities for an occasional full weekend off. Accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom. The ideal candidate is reliable, highly collaborative, and deeply knowledgeable about early childhood development. Above all, this role requires an extremely flexible, team-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on family environment. Responsibilities
