Utilize the power of data science and advanced analytics to drive financial results and improve customer experiences. Department will work collaboratively with business partners across the organization to determine the right questions to ask, pursue the best opportunities, share insights, and develop practical business recommendations. Deliver data-driven solutions that give Eversources users the best experience across our platform./ppThis role supervises a team of 2+ FTEs HYBRID WORK POLICY Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliProvides leadership and oversees a team of Digital Analysts through training, project support, and guidance on strategy and analytics/liliManages the analytics product portfolio, including analytics tools, surveys, A|B testing, etc./liliConducts formal/informal training on the use of new technologies and measurement reporting/liliDevelop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and technology teams/liliCommunicates and presents findings to leadership level business partners/liliOversees in-depth analyses of self-service performance across various strategic online and mobile projects and presents data-driven insights and recommendations to team members, product owners, and senior management./liliWorks collaboratively within the Digital Product team to support the execution of the product roadmap/liliManages data implementation strategy and presentation of insights to key stakeholders/liliCreates a digital measurement framework that establishes clear KPIs and goals for all digital channel/liliGathers and analyzes behavioral data to support the digital ecosystem and tools/liliDevelops analytics dashboards and ad hoc reports to monitor the performance and health of the digital channels/liliProactively identifies any anomalies or inconsistencies in digital data and presents recommendations to improve or resolve/liliGenerates insights from data and leverage contextual feedback to inform the product strategy and feature prioritization/liliAnalyzes variances in KPIs, present analysis to partners, and monitors performance versus plan./liliAnalyzes website performance to gauge results of site improvements and provides data-driven business insights/li/ulh3Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications/h3pTechnical Knowledge/Skill:/pulliEnthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies/liliExcellent quantitative, analytical, statistical, and technical (Excel, SQL and one or more of JavaScript/Python/R/desired skills)/liliMastery of one or more of web analytics tools - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics/liliExperience leveraging and deploying tag management solutions (Adobe, GTM, etc.)/liliExperience with Microsoft Power BI and other BI visualization tools (preferred)/liliExperience in one or more of the leading online survey tools and platforms (Foresee, Qualtrics, iPerceptions)/li/ulpEducation:/pulliBS, MS, or MBA in relevant quantitative studies or equivalent experience/li/ulpExperience:/pulliMinimum of five (5) or more years in digital analytics and/or testing and/or a related analytical role./liliUtility Industry experience preferred./li/ulpLicenses
