The firm partners with leading residential, commercial, industrial, and subdivision developers across Western Pennsylvania and offers a full suite of services, including engineering, construction support, permitting, financial expertise, and legal resources. This role is ideal for a self-starting engineer who wants hands-on experience designing large subdivisions and site development projects./ppWhat Youll Do/polliAssist with property analysis, zoning/ordinance review, and conceptual layouts./liliConduct field investigations and support environmental assessments./liliDevelop preliminary roadway and grading designs using AutoCAD/Civil 3D./liliPrepare stormwater management, utility design, and erosion
