As a mechanical engineer, you will:/pulliDesign mechanical structures and hardware using 3D CAD modeling tools/liliCreate mechanical drawings and manage drawing lifecycle using data management software/liliAssist with engineering test efforts/liliCoordinate with other disciplines to ensure robust engineering design/li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliActive Top Secret clearance/liliExperience with PTC Creo, or similar 3D CAD modeling software (e.g. Solidworks or NX)/liliExperience creating, releasing, and/or managing mechanical drawing releases and revisions/liliFamiliar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT)/li/ulpDesired Skills:/pulliMasters Degree in Mechanical Engineering/liliExperience with additive manufacturing and/or 3D printing/liliExperience with mechanical engineering testing/liliFamiliar with PTC Windchill/liliFamiliar with aerospace industry specifications (ASME, ASTM, SAE, etc.)/liliUnderstanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles/li/ulpSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
