North Belt Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89115/ppSALARY: Will discuss with applicant./ppSUMMARY: The Shipping Floater provides support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department. This position reports directly to Shift Supervisor./ppMINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is minimally required/liliForklift experience is required, preferably on a Reach Truck and Stand Up Forklift/liliAbility to work as part of a team with adherence to established safety, productivity, and quality standard is required/liliMinimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting/liliAble to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds./liliWalks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours./liliAble to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day/liliFrequent exposure to wood dusts and cabinet-making materials/li/ulpJOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:/pulliProvide leadership support to Receiving Lead and Shipping / Receiving Supervisor/liliEnsure all needed equipment is ready and available for team at the start of the shift/liliEnsure all equipment is accounted for and put away at the end of the shift/liliAudit team members for PPE/liliHelp coordinate and support receiving plan for scheduled inbound throughout the day/liliValidate proper restocking of pick locations/liliSupport daily rotations within the department and cover during team member breaks/liliEnsure all team members are following SOS protocol/liliTrain and mentor new team members/liliConduct weekly and monthly department audits/liliPerform daily lift inspections/liliOversee and assist with end of shift clean-up process/liliFlexible and adaptable in ability to help the team when necessary/liliAble to speak and understand both written and spoken English/liliAll other duties as may be assigned at managements discretion/li/ulpBENEFITS:/pulliInsurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness programs, 401K all effective day 1 of employment, plus generous PTO and holidays/liliAssociate appreciation/recognition programs/liliScholarship program for children of employees/liliOther benefits offered are dependent upon plant location, please check with HR for details/li/ulpEqual Employment Opportunity: MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal-opportunity employer.
