The Golden Horseshoe Golf Club at Colonial Williamsburg is seeking an experienced individual to join the Golf team as a Golf Cart Attendant. This is a part-time position./ppIn this role, you will help creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members with outside services./ppHere is what you will be doing:/pulliProvides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning./liliMaintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area./liliMaintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition./liliPrepares golf carts for play following the standards of CHR Golf./liliAssists in educating players regarding facility layout
current cart policy./liliPerforms range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day./liliMay assist with start of play./liliTake responsibility for rental club fleet
ensure sets go out
come back complete./liliService the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return./liliAssists with food and beverage activities./liliCleans golfers clubs upon completion of play./liliIncorporates safe work practices in job performance./liliRegular and reliable attendance./liliPerforms other duties as required./li/ulpQualifications we are looking for:/pulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliMust have a valid Drivers License/liliExperience in a similar position 1 year/li/ulpHere is what we offer to all of our associates:/pulliExceptional benefit plan for eligible associates
