Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX LK Dental Studio in Danville, CA./ppThe regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!/ppstrongPrimary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:/strong/pulliAble to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases/liliOpen incoming cases and disinfect based on standards required by law/liliPlace all contents of each case in work pan with proper work pan numbers on all items/liliNote condition of items on prescriptions as required/liliRead prescriptions and Scan prescriptions into an electronic database/liliAccurately enter cases into computer for proper production (regular and hold cases)/liliMove case into production area/liliDisinfect, pack, invoice and ship cases for delivery through local source or national carrier/liliParticipate in quality control of completed cases after they have been run through FedEx/UPS/USPS machines/liliPerform daily close/liliProvide daily pickups and deliveries of products as requested and assigned/liliMaintain excellent driving record, observing all rules of the road and proper safety at all times./liliEnsure the responsible use, safety and care of equipment. Ensure preventive maintenance requirements are met and that work area is kept clean/liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulpstrongSkills and Abilities Required:/strong/pulliMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English/liliAbility to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment/liliMust have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products/liliDemonstrated initiative/liliAttention to detail/liliRead and interpret prescriptions and other required documentation/liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize/liliStrong data entry skills/li/ulpstrongMinimum Education and Experience Required:/strong/pulliPreferred: High school diploma or equivalent/liliValid drivers license and maintain an acceptable driving record/liliEntry level role (less than 6 months experience)/li/ulpstrongHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:/strong/pulliDisinfectant process chemicals/liliMust wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work tasks that require and follow safety guidelines as stated in NDX Safety
