We encourage all talented individuals looking for a challenge to apply./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliDesign and execute creative assets for social, digital, print, presentations, stadium boards, and marketing campaigns./liliTranslate creative briefs into visually engaging solutions that align with Sporting Kansas Citys brand identity./liliAssist in designing gameday graphics, promotional materials, in-stadium signage, and social content./liliCollaborate with Marketing, Social, Video, Partnerships, and other internal teams to support cross-department initiatives./liliMaintain accuracy and quality across all design deliverables./liliContribute to design needs for Sporting Kansas City, Sporting KC II, The Victory Project, Argyle Events, and stadium programming./liliWork within Adobe Workfront to manage tasks, track progress, and implement feedback./liliParticipate in creative reviews and apply constructive critique to elevate work./liliStay informed on design trends and social platform aesthetics relevant to a modern sports audience./li/ulh3Match Day Responsibilities/h3ulliSupport the design needs for gameday communications across social, digital, in-stadium boards, and fan engagement platforms./liliAssist with timely content updates and templated graphics before, during, and after games./liliCollaborate with Marketing and Operations on signage, promotions, and special events./liliOccasional away gameday remote support may be required./liliWork all Sporting Kansas City home games during the season./li/ulh3Personal Attributes/h3ulliStrong communicator with solid organizational skills./liliCreative thinker energized by fast-paced project work./liliDetail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency./liliTeam oriented and receptive to feedback./liliAbility to manage shifting priorities across multiple assignments./liliSelf-motivated and eager to grow as a designer./li/ulh3Skills and Experience/h3ulliWorking toward or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field./lili1 to 2 years of design experience through internships, freelance, or academic projects preferred./liliProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign./liliFamiliarity with designing for social platforms and digital environments./liliUnderstanding of brand consistency and visual systems./liliPhotography, illustration, or motion experience is a plus./liliSpanish fluency is a plus, but not required./li/ulh3Physical Abilities/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
