Position Title: Personal Care Assistant Location: Around Lebanon, PA Openings Available: 5 Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Full school day with a 30-minute unpaid break, hours depend on school Grade Levels: Elementary, Middle, or High School (placement based on candidate preference) Overview: Join a dedicated team supporting students with special needs across multiple school districts in Northern Lancaster County. This role involves providing academic and behavioral support, assisting with personal care, and helping implement individualized education programs under the direction of case managers and behaviorists./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDeliver instructional support to individuals or small groups in areas such as academics, motor skills, feeding, self-help, and behavior management/liliAssist with personal care tasks including toileting, feeding, hygiene, and positioning/liliMonitor student health and safety, including use of orthopedic equipment/liliSupport students in social interactions and classroom integration/liliCollaborate with teachers, case managers, and other specialists/liliMaintain records of student progress and participate in required training sessions/liliImplement positive behavior intervention strategies/liliPerform other related duties as assigned/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExperience working with children with special needs preferred/liliCPR
