Your role is to help them understand their coverage, explain available options clearly, and ensure each family receives the guidance and support they deserve./ppYour primary responsibilities will include:/pulliManaging inbound and outbound communication with union members./liliScheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments./liliPresenting benefit programs in a professional, informative, and engaging manner./liliCompleting digital forms and applications with accuracy and attention to detail./liliMaintaining high standards of quality control and compliance./liliParticipating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development./li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliStrong communication and interpersonal skills./liliA positive, professional, and people-first attitude./liliExcellent relationship-building and customer service abilities./liliOrganized, team-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic./liliComfort using computers, video platforms, and digital tools./liliPrevious experience in customer service or sales is an asset (but not required)./liliMust be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada./li/ulh3What Youll Gain/h3ulliComprehensive Benefits Package
