ILS Services as a Life Skills Mentor/Coach and support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and confidence in their daily lives./ppRequirements:/pulliValid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation/liliAble to work and commute in and around the Santa Rosa. Petaluma areas/liliAble to pass a background check (per state industry standards)/liliComputer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry/li/ulpWhat Youll Do:/pulliCoach clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)/liliEncourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges/liliHelp plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients/liliProvide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reports/liliSpend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation/liliCollaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff/li/ulpYoud Be Great If You:/pulliHave a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect/liliAre a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver/liliCan work flexible hours and adapt to different client needs/liliAre comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings with clients/liliHave behavioral health experience (preferred, not required)/li/ulpWhy Spread Your Wings, LLC.
