Custom Account Representative
Location: Hybrid with at least 2 days in HQ office - Fairhaven Headquarters Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr This position is for the custom department, meaning it involves custom logos for our customers which include details of logos, thread colors for embroidery. Customer service skills of answering phones, speaking with sales reps, order entry, attention to detail, understand basics of word, excel, outlook, and organizational skills are a must. Training will be on site in Fairhaven for the first 4-6 weeks. Once fully trained it will be work from home a few days a week or more based on your progress with learning all aspects of the position. Responsibilities:
Assist customers/sales reps with entering/adjusting orders and informing them of order status and product availability Ensure accurate logo details, application fees, terms and discounts on all orders Coordinate logo thread colors to garments, maintain logo detail history and manage database entries Monitor progress of artwork orders and obtain necessary approval through communication with customer/sales reps Coordinate rush requests with other departments to meet order deadlines Requirements:
