As a File Clerk, your responsibilities would include:/pulliPerforming file operations and maintenance including file storage, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, searches and respond to file requests/liliUpdating government systems/liliRegularly performing audits of file rooms within the establishment and traveling to other government facilities for file audits/liliConnecting incoming correspondence to shelved files/liliScanning large multi-page documents/liliFiling copies of naturalization certificates and notices and close out citizenship ceremonies/liliProviding support for the processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications

Physical Requirements/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliMust be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services/liliAbility to read and understand proficiently in English/liliAbility to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment/liliAbility to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching/li/ulpAt Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation package.
