Your daily responsibilities will include:/pulliManaging inbound and outbound calls to union members who have requested benefit information/liliScheduling and conducting virtual appointments using platforms such as Zoom/liliDelivering informative and engaging presentations to help families understand their coverage options/liliUtilizing basic computer programs to maintain client records and submit applications/liliCompleting the necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance/liliParticipating in leadership and professional development training to build management and mentorship skills/liliCollaborating with team members and leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals/li/ulpYoull be supported every step of the way by experienced mentors and managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth./ph3Qualifications/h3pWere looking for individuals who are:/pulliStrong communicators with excellent interpersonal and listening skills/liliEnergetic, positive, and enthusiastic about helping others/liliAble to build trust and rapport with clients quickly and professionally/liliDetail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through habits/liliComfortable working independently in a remote environment/liliTeam-oriented and motivated by growth and leadership opportunities/liliExperienced in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)/liliLegally authorized to work in the United States or Canada/li/ulh3What We Offer/h3pWe believe that when our team members succeed, our clients succeed.
