Working under the guidance of senior design leadership, you will drive product concepts from ideation through production while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across departments to deliver market-leading holiday collections./pulliLead the design and development of seasonal dcor collections and graphic applications, from initial concept through production/liliCreate compelling visual presentations for internal stakeholders, retail partners, and licensing reviews/liliDevelop comprehensive technical specifications, illustrations, and production documentation for overseas manufacturing partners and licensors/liliMentor and provide guidance to Assistant Designers and support staff on design projects/liliPartner strategically with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Merchandising, Licensing, and Brand Initiatives teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the product lifecycle/liliManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organized design libraries, archives, and documentation systems/liliPresent design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and confidence/liliConduct market research and trend analysis to inform design direction and maintain competitive positioning/liliActively incorporate feedback to refine designs and elevate creative output/liliTake ownership of projects from concept through final production, ensuring quality standards and brand consistency/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts from an accredited four-year institution/lili5-7 years of professional design experience, preferably in seasonal dcor, giftware, or consumer products/liliExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)/liliStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/liliDemonstrated portfolio showcasing original design work with strong conceptual thinking and execution/liliDeep passion for and knowledge of Christmas and holiday traditions, trends, and popular culture/liliProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design vision/liliStrong collaborative mindset with experience building relationships across internal teams and external partners/liliSelf-motivated, proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset/li/ulpThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role.
